My name is Nicole Black, I am one of the more senior resident advisors. I have helped with training as well as served as in a management position at Stay Dry Roofing. I absolutely love my job!  The freedom and flexibility to set my own schedule allows me to work the hours that fit my, and my crazy kids, scheduling while receiving a very nice paycheck at the same time. Me and my family love taking time away to travel and this job is perfect for that. Having an executive team that really seems to want you to succeed and helps put the tools needed to do so right in front of you is one of the perks that I have found to be one of the best here.
